PLATINUM UNIVERSITY
TRAINING PROGRAM

BOYS & GIRLS AGES 8-18

Our PLATINUM UNIVERSITY TRAINING PROGRAM will provide ongoing sessions throughout the year for those looking to learn or sharpen their volleyball skills.

Each session will feature one or two weekly practices over the course of 10 weeks. These practices will consist of both skill-work and competition drills, to ensure athletes receive the necessary reps to master each skill.

Underclassmen (“freshman” and “sophomore”) courses are highly recommended for athletes newer to the sport of volleyball or athletes who have not played on a varsity/premier level of a school or club team. These courses are tailored to develop correct core fundamental skills to provide a solid base for future skill development.

Upperclassmen (“junior” and “senior”) courses are highly recommended for intermediate/advanced level athletes looking to further develop more nuanced or advanced volleyball skills and tactics. Athletes from varsity/premier level programs looking to keep up their skills during the off season will benefit from these courses.

All athletes will fit in one of four levels:

UNDERCLASSMEN”
$70/month or $125/month for 2 days (Year Round)
Ages 8-15

“Freshmen” (beginners): passing keys, setting keys, overhand float serving keys, three touches on offense

“Sophomores” (beginner/intermediate): serve receive defense, basic hitting keys, basic set calls, transition, tempo passing, rotations & offensive systems

“UPPERCLASSMEN”
$100/month (usually Summer & Fall)
Ages 13-18

“Juniors” (intermediate/advanced): defensive systems, blocking keys, short vs. deep overhand float serving, out-of-system balls, setting footwork

“Seniors” (advanced): spot serving, hitters toolbox, advanced set calls for hitters, set placement for setters, set tempos, defensive coverage, jump float serving

These 10 week sessions will be offered year-round giving athletes every opportunity to level up during the on- or off-season.
